For Photoshop beginners, you can also quickly create a beautiful photo frame. Here is the rendering:


You open PS software and find the rectangle tool in the toolbar.

After creating a new layer, draw on it, and a rectangular frame will appear (the rectangular frame I drew is black, which is determined by the foreground color or background color. Don't worry about the color, it may be other colors when you draw it)

Then find the following tool on the top menu bar and click it, and then continue to draw a rectangle of appropriate size inside the rectangular frame. After you draw it, the middle part will become empty:
