There was a previous Flash tutorial that explained how to use AS to create a tumbler animation. Today we use Photoshop to create the same animation, but there is no interaction in Photoshop, and everyone can only see the tumbler animation.

Open the image, cut out the image first (I use the magic wand with a tolerance of 50 to click on the white edge, and press DEL to delete), and copy the layer.
Move the center point of this layer to the position shown below.

Set the rotation angle to 10

Duplicate layer 2 and do the same as above. After getting copy 4, select all layers and duplicate them, then flip them horizontally and position them.

Delete layer copy 5. It was originally copied to adjust the position. It is the same as layer 1. There is no need to keep it.

Close all eyes, open Window/Animation. Open the eye on layer 1, create a new frame, close layer 1 and open a copy of the eye.
And so on until copy 4 is placed inside the frame, select all frames and create a new reverse frame.
