Many videos and photos with poor quality are very troublesome to process, and a lot of work is required to restore them to normal. This tutorial uses softening processing, which only roughly handles the noise, and directly blurs many details. Although it is not very accurate, it is very fast.

1. Open the original image, press Ctrl + J to copy one layer, execute the menu: Image > Apply Image, set the parameters as shown in Figure 1, and the effect as shown in Figure 2.

2. Press Ctrl + J to make a copy of the layer after applying the image, execute the menu: Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur, the value is 3, press Alt to add a layer mask, and use a white brush to paint the areas with noise , the effect is shown in Figure 3.
