This tutorial briefly introduces how to create a smoke effect. Idea: First use a brush or other tools to randomly click on some irregular white color blocks, then blur them, and then slowly apply them to simulate the general effect of smoke. Then apply filter effects.

Final effect 2
1. Create a new file. To make it easier to see the smoke effect, please set the background to black and create a new channel (you can also do it directly on the layer, but I like to use channels)
2. Use an airbrush (paint brush) to draw a few random strokes.
3. Execute the menu: Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur, the value is customized.
4. Use your finger (application tool) to apply it randomly
