Let’s look at the effect first:
Open PS and create a new blank white background document of any size~
Create a new layer on the background layer, use the Elliptical Marquee Tool, hold down the Shift key to draw a perfect circle, and then select Edit - Stroke, as shown in the figure
Double-click the circle layer to bring up the layer style dialog box, select Stroke, and set it as follows (just adjust the size you want here, I think it’s almost ok`)
Duplicate two more circles, then Ctrl+T for free transformation. While scaling, hold down Shift+Alt for equal scaling. The final effect is as shown in the figure. After completion, merge the layers of these three circles. Select the three layers and press CTRL+E to merge them~)
Okay, some people must be wondering why it takes so much trouble to draw. Isn’t there such a circle in the custom shape? I wanted to save trouble at first, but I found that if the filled circle shrinks, the thickness will also change. It has changed, so~there is some benefit to the trouble~
Next, we need to draw the background of the card. First, click out the eyes in front of the circle and hide them. Then create a new layer and draw a rounded rectangle similar to the one shown below.
Double-click the layer and modify the layer style, as shown below
The color values here are not given in the original tutorial, but I picked the colors myself and provided the color values to everyone: #a9dcef and the middle: #26b4e4
