1. Duplicate the background layer to get a copy of the background.
2. Perform automatic color levels (shift+ctrl+L), automatic contrast (Alt+shift+ctrl+L), and automatic color operations (shift+ctrl+B) on the background copy layer;
3. Change the background copy layer mode to "Screen";
4. Use the Magic Wand Tool (W) to select the skin part of the character to get the selection and feather it by 2 pixels. The tolerance here is set to 30; (There are many ways to cut out the skin, this is just one of them. One, you can also use channels to dig out the skin, or you can use the color range method, or you can use a pen.
5. Copy the skin selection just created (Ctrl+j) to get layer 1.
6. Execute Filter-Blur-Gaussian Blur on layer 1, with a radius of 4.5; note that the mode of the layer is still color filter;
7. Duplicate layer 1 to obtain a copy of layer 1. Perform Filter-Blur-Gaussian Blur on the copy of layer 1 with a radius of 4.0.
