The tutorial explains how to achieve the final effect by using the pen tool, stroke path, Gaussian blur, smear tool, etc. Friends who like it can quickly create a personalized signature for themselves. ~~
Final effect:
1. Create a new document of 800 * 600 pixels, fill the background with black, and then use the pen tool to outline the desired text path.
2. Create a new layer, set the brush, the parameters are as shown below, and then select the stroke path.
3. Duplicate a layer, then Gaussian blur, and set the parameters as shown below.
4. Select the smudge tool and apply it with a strength of 69.
5. Then double-click the layer to select the layer style, and set the parameters as shown below.
6. Press Ctrl + J to duplicate the styled layer.
7. Bring up the text selection, click on the path panel, and convert it to a path.
8. Return to the Layers panel, stroke a pixel, and then set the outer glow.
9. Copy the path, then move the drawing point and drag it as you like.
