Create a new blank document and set the image size to 1440×900, which can meet the wallpaper needs of most widescreen computers. Then set the foreground/background color to two fresh blues: #0090ff and #003ebd. Select the gradient tool and draw a radial gradient from the upper left to the lower left of the canvas. The effect is as follows:

Create a new layer and name it "Background 2". Select the brush tool, set the foreground color to #b4ecff, size 200 pixels, and then set the brush according to the parameters below: Shape Dynamics: Default; Scatter: Walk 1000%, Jitter 100%; Other dynamics: Opacity Jitter 60%, Flow Jitter 60%.

After setting, use the brush to paint a few strokes on the "Background 2" layer until you get the effect as shown below.

After finishing the refreshing background, we started painting the theme of the wallpaper: green leaves. Create a new layer, name it "Leave", and use the pen tool to draw a green leaf path. After drawing the path, press the right button of the mouse to bring up the menu, select Fill Path, and use light green.

When finished, right-click again and select "Create Selection." Keep the selection active and create a new layer named "Darker Sides". Select the pen tool and draw a path along the shape of the leaf, as shown below.
