The characters in the original image for this tutorial are a bit dark and the background is too cluttered. When processing, try to replace or soften the background part. In terms of color matching, you can adjust it to other colors according to your own preferences.

1. Open the original image material, press Ctrl + J to copy the background layer, and change the layer blending mode to "Screen". The effect is as shown in Figure 1.

2. Create a new layer, fill it with color: #FFF7C1, and then change the layer blending mode to "Multiply". The effect is as shown in Figure 2.

3. Create a curve adjustment layer and adjust the blue color. The parameter settings are as shown in Figure 3, and the effect is as shown in Figure 4.

4. Create a new layer, press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the layer, execute: Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur, the value is 5, add a layer mask after confirmation, set the foreground color to black, select Use the brush tool to keep only the background part and erase the rest. The effect is as shown in Figure 5.

5. Create a hue/saturation adjustment layer. The parameter settings are as shown in Figures 6 and 7, and the effect is as shown in Figure 8.

6. Create a new layer, stamp the layer, and execute: Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur, with a value of 5. After confirmation, change the layer blending mode to "Soft Light" and the layer opacity to: 60%. The effect is shown in Figure 9.

7. Create a new layer, stamp the layer, and simply skin the character.
