数字游戏
现代求职是一场数字游戏。如果您学得很快，那么您不必 100% 适合每项工作要求（请记住，冒名顶替综合症是真实存在的）。一旦您找到合适的公司或职位发布：
- 尽早申请（目标是成为前10-20 名申请者——使用提醒！）
- 经常申请（每个独特公司每周提交 10-20 份申请）
- 再次申请（被拒绝并在几个月后重新申请同一个职位发布后的回调确实会发生！）
现代求职板与传统求职板
某些申请人跟踪系统（例如 BrassRing、Taleo、Workday）要求您上传简历，同时还强制您逐行手动重新输入整个工作历史记录 - 每个申请可能需要 10-20 分钟以上（更不用说腕管）！
虽然您不应该因其糟糕的用户体验而排除传统招聘委员会，但以下招聘委员会的申请速度要快得多，只需上传您的简历，选中几个复选框，然后在 2 分钟内单击“提交”即可！

聚合搜索
