Possible reasons

Solution
1. Load the sign, press and hold "Function" and "Confirm" for 5 seconds, and the device will start printing a self-test page (the self-test page startup method needs to be confirmed). If the self-test page is normal, please check the connection problem.
2. If there is no content on the self-test page, contact customer service or professional after-sales service for repair.
