ITool Questionnaire System

The ITool questionnaire system is an important part of Fangka Online's ITool series of programs and is independently and originally developed by Fangka Online. The program's original questionnaire JS calling method can easily integrate the questionnaire into other system pages or independently produced pages. The program will continue to be improved and updated, pursuing stronger functions and flexibility, and ultimately creating a highly flexible universal questionnaire solution. .

Default information: The default administrator username and password are admin admin

Authorization instructions: Without the authorization of Fangka Online, the copyright information of the program may not be modified or removed, and it shall not be used for any commercial purposes.

The installation instructions can be accessed by directly copying them to the directory.

Usage: The current system functions are relatively simple. Add a questionnaire--configure questions--click the name of the questionnaire on the questionnaire list to view the questionnaire effect--click on the questionnaire list to copy the calling code--place it on the final display page of the questionnaire.
