PPMessage online customer service platform v1.0

PPMessage is an open source plug-and-play online customer communication platform. On PPMessage you can chat with customers via web or mobile app. As an open source intercom alternative, nothing needs to be changed and you can use PPMessage to launch SAAS.

PPMessage is targeted for deployment on Linux, Mac OS X and Windows systems. PPMessage is a clear API system that can be integrated with any open source content management system such as WordPress, Drupal and any business system, even e-commerce system.

PPMessage includes a back-end system that exposes oauth and web service APIs, a front-end SDK called PPCom, and a front-end application called PPKefu.

PPCom runs on the customer user side and can be integrated into websites via a single line of Javascript code or into mobile applications with the PPCom Mobile API. Customers use PPCom to communicate with service users.

PPKefu runs on the service user side, and service users can use PPKefu applications to communicate with customer users. PPKefu runs on Windows, Mac OS X, Android, iOS, and the Web.

PPConsole is the web user interface of PPMessage and is also open source. After the PPMessage backend is running, PPPonsole provides a web interface to help service team leaders set up the PPMessage system.
