chatKit is an Open Source library that lets you create a Chat Widget and connecte it to any backend like Chatbot/NLP/Live Chat engine or messenger.

Requirements

Before you start working with chatKit, the following software must be installed on the computer:

• Git. Instruction manual is here.
• Node.js. Instruction manual is here.

Installation

To install chatKit, run the following commands in the terminal:

git clone https://github.com/sovaai/chatKit-dev.git
meta git update
meta npm install
npm install

Running

To start chatKit, run the following command in the terminal:

npm run start
