Grant Internet anonymous users write permissions:

1. Select the folder where you downloaded the system decompression, right-click - Properties, and remove the read-only permission. For example, the folder name is: zhirui

2. Authorize anonymous Internet users to write permissions, for example, the folder name is: zhirui

zhirui's file directory => Properties => Security => Add => Advanced => Find Now, select "Enable anonymous users" in IIS;

Give it permission to modify folders and files, and remove the "read-only" attribute of the folder! (The default Internet anonymous user name is: IUSR_???, "???" may be the user name logged in to this machine)
