5.4 Product Category Management 5.4.1 Product Category List The product category list allows you to view and delete product categories. The category list includes categories name, parent category, category details, notes and other fields. As shown in Figure 5-5: Figure 5-5 Product classification list 5.4.2 New addition/modification of product classification All products are distinguished by product classification. Classification also distinguishes levels. Currently, this system only supports second-level classification. When adding a new product, you can select the parent category. If not selected, it will default to the first-level category. The interface is as shown in Figure 5-6: Figure 5-6 New addition/modification of product categories New addition and modification of products are the same interface, and the call is the same method. It is similar to the new addition and modification of accounts. If the product classification number is obtained, then It is modified. If it is not obtained, it is newly added. 5.5 Product Management 5.5.1 Product List The product list (Figure 5-7) includes product deletion function and product search function. The list includes the full name of the product (product name + specification attribute name), category, unit of measurement, purchase price, selling price, warehouse inventory, shelf inventory, expiration date, supplier and other fields.
