If you don’t have a Feishu account yet
Scenario 1: The team administrator shares the team link, team QR code or team code with you and invites you to join the team.
You have not registered a Feishu account, but you have received a Feishu team link, team QR code or team code shared with you by the administrator, inviting you to join the team. This means that you have not become a member of the team at this time. You can actively join the team in the following ways.
Receive a team link: Click the link, fill in the relevant information to complete the verification, and then you can successfully register a Feishu account and join the team.
Receive the team QR code: Use any tool with a code scanning function to scan the QR code, fill in the relevant information and complete the verification. You can successfully register a Feishu account and join the team.
Receive the team code: Download the Feishu client and register a personal account using your mobile phone number. After registration and login, you can join the team by clicking on your avatar > Join or upgrade to a team > Enter the team code to join the team.
Scenario 2: You receive a text message notification that you have been added to the team
You have not registered a Feishu account, but you have received a text message notification that the administrator has added you to the team. This means that the team administrator has directly added you to the team by searching for your mobile phone number. Your name now appears in the team list, but is shown as "inactive". You can enter the team by completing account activation
1. Click the link in the text message to download the Feishu client;
2. Use your mobile phone number to register a Feishu personal account;
3. Log in to the Feishu app, and you will receive a card notification from the Feishu team BOT saying "You have become a member of the new team";
4. Click the "Switch Now" button on the card to join the team.
Tip: If you do not receive a card notification, you can also switch to the team by clicking the team logo on the left navigation bar.
