Chatbot Layanan Pelanggan AI Generatif

Ini adalah demo chatbot layanan pelanggan menggunakan AI Generatif melalui API Vertex AI PaLM Google Cloud. Aplikasi ini juga memanfaatkan Pencarian Atlas MongoDB untuk mencari jawaban yang relevan dalam database MongoDB Atlas. Terakhir, aplikasi dapat mendeteksi pelanggan yang tidak puas dengan analisis sentimen.

Pengaturan MongoDB Atlas

Terapkan klaster database MongoDB baru di akun Atlas Anda. Anda dapat menggunakan tingkat M0 gratis untuk demo ini.

Buat koleksi Customer di database XYZ-Corp dan masukkan dokumen berikut.
