메디 카트

Medicat은 의료 이미지, 캡션, 하위 포지셔닝 주석 및 인라인 텍스트 참조의 데이터 세트입니다. 액세스 지침은 여기에 제공됩니다.

그림과 캡션은 PubMed Central의 Open Access 기사에서 추출되며 해당 참조 텍스트는 S2ORC에서 파생됩니다.

데이터 세트는 다음으로 구성됩니다.

131,410 개 오픈 액세스 페이퍼의 217,060 수치
2069 개의 화합물 수치에 대한 7507 하위 문구 및 하위 포도 주석
ROCO 데이터 세트에서 ~ 25K 수치에 대한 인라인 참조

데이터 샘플은 sample/ 에서 사용할 수 있습니다.
