1. Open material picture 2, select a pattern you like, use the rectangular marquee tool to select it, do not cancel the selection, and then click Edit-Define Pattern. Click download to enter to download more beautiful patterns
2. Open the photo of 1MM in the material picture. The first step is to cut out the MM from the original photo. Use the pen tool or the lasso tool. The cutout here does not require you to be very detailed. The body of the character is complete. , just cut out the rough outline of the hair, and then adjust the painting to place the character at 3/4 of the screen.

Use curves to adjust the character to make it brighter, and customize the parameters.

4. Select Image-Adjustments-Gradient Mapping, select a crayon gradient, check Reverse, and lower the opacity of the gradient mapping layer to 90% to make the character look a bit milky.
5. Create a new layer below the character layer, fill it with the pattern we customized last time, and click Edit-Fill.
6. Return to the character layer and select the layer style "Stroke". As for the drawing, it must match the pattern of the background. Here I usually draw 3 layers, and the colors are selected from the background, in order from light to dark. You can also try to match the colors yourself.

7. The next step is to use the cute brush for decoration. Of course, it doesn’t matter if you don’t have it. Let’s use the brush to put two blushes on MM’s face, and then use Filter-Blur-Gaussian Blur. The effect is good.
8. When adding signature text, it is recommended to have the text on a white background and then stroke it. It is recommended to choose the darkest color in the background pattern for the stroke color, and then make it darker. This color matches the background best.

9. The same principle applies to making pictures for Handsome G. Just change the background and gradient mapping. This is the final rendering.
