PS apply sparkling crystal manicure and lip gloss on MM

1. Open the material, click the Magnetic Lasso Tool + SHIFT to select several nails.
2. Press the New Layer button on the layer panel to create a new layer. .Use the paint bucket tool to fill the selection with black.

3. Click Filter—Noise—Add Noise. (Quantity is based on personal preference)

4. The last step is to click on the property bar on the layer panel—Color Dodge. Cancel selection. Add a few starry brushes and you can see the effect.
