The process does not need to be complicated, as long as you are good at finding the right method. For example, in the tutorial below, the material picture has a lot of noise, and the color tone of the picture is also relatively old. The author only uses hue/saturation to adjust the color to a very refreshing tone in one step, and then eliminate noise later.

1. Open the original image material, execute: Image>Adjustment>Hue Saturation, adjust the data as shown in the figure, and check the coloring option.

2. Use the blur tool to erase the noise in the picture, and then use the dodge tool to slightly brighten the highlights of the local clouds to complete the final effect.
