When processing, you can brighten the picture appropriately and add appropriate colors to the water surface and background. This way the picture will look much fresher.

Open the original image material, copy the background layer, and create a hue/saturation adjustment layer. The effect is as shown below. This step adds color to the entire image.
2. Create a Curves adjustment layer, select the RGB channel, and add some brightness to the photo. The effect is as shown below.
Create an optional color adjustment layer and select white, neutral, and black. This step is to adjust the color of the entire image. The parameters and effects are as shown below.

4. Create a color balance adjustment layer and select shadows, midtones, and highlights. This step is to enhance the color of the entire image to make it greener. The parameters and effects are as shown below.
5. Use the lasso tool to draw out the character’s face, neck, and hands, feather them by 10 to 15 pixels, create a curve adjustment layer, and select the red and green channel parameters and effects as shown below.
Press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + 2 to bring up the highlight selection, press Ctrl + Alt + Shift +i to reverse, create a curve adjustment layer, select the red and RGB channel parameters and the effect is as shown below.
Finally, I fine-tune the character's skin, and then USM sharpen the image appropriately to complete the final effect.
