1. Prominent display of important information
● The important information on the activity page is: activity title (let users know what the activity is), award setting (what can be obtained by participating), participation entrance (channel to enter the task process), participation rules (how to participate in the activity), activity validity Time, ranking or award information.
● The event title (including verbs), event validity time, award setting, and participation entrance must be completely included in the first-screen safety area, and the event rules can be partially included in the safety area.
● The text information of the activity uses an inverted pyramid structure, with summary information at the top and decreasing importance. Allow users to get an overview of the activities in the least amount of time while browsing the website.
2. Smooth task operation process
● Before the user starts a task, if the task process needs to be presented step by step, a graphical process representation is needed so that the user can have an overall understanding of the task's operation steps.
● When the user is performing a task, if a dialog box is used to carry the steps of the task process, a "previous step, next step" guidance mechanism must be provided.
● When completing a task, if you have jumped out of the active page, you need to design an interactive mechanism to return to the active page:
a) Automatically jump back to the activity page after the activity is completed.
Advantages: Can automatically jump back. Disadvantages: When the activity completion page carries other functions, automatic jump back cannot be realized.
b) The activity completion page provides a link back to the activity page.
Advantages: It can solve the problem of not being able to automatically jump back after the activity is completed.
Disadvantages: Users are required to manually trigger the return link
c) The active page opens a modal dialog box.
Advantages: Close the dialog box to return.
Disadvantages: It is not suitable to use dialog boxes when there is a lot of information and functions that need to be carried.
d) The active page is retained and the newly opened page will pop up.
Advantages: Low technology implementation cost.
Disadvantages: When there are too many side tasks, after a series of operations, there will be more user windows.
3. Respond to user operations promptly
● When there is a limit on the number of times you can participate in an event and receive prizes, the prompt will be displayed by default, and the qualification status must be refreshed immediately after the task is completed.
● Users need feedback on operation results during the task process. Common situations where feedback is required:
a) Obtain reward feedback after the operation is completed
b) Operation success or failure feedback
c) Operation error feedback
4. Correctly use visual language to convey interface information
● The form of the button can be correctly perceived. It is eye-catching, prominent, and jumps out of the screen. Use highlights, gradients, shadows, rounded corners, strokes, etc. to enhance perception.
● The visual hierarchy of the page: highlight > gradient > drop shadow > solid color > stroke
● The content layer and the background layer are clearly layered and cannot interfere with the reading of the main page to avoid taking over the main page.
● It is prohibited to imitate the controls of the system and QQ official client.
● Icons with interactive actions cannot exist alone as decorative elements.
