How to turn off the video account function on DingTalk? There are many functions in DingTalk. Many users will use the video account function, but they don’t know how to turn it off after they don’t want to use it. I hope this article can be helpful to you.
First step, click on the menu
We open the DingTalk software, and then we find the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner and click to enter the menu function of the software.

After entering the menu, then we click on the edit option in the upper right corner, as shown in the picture.

After entering the editing page, we can see an × in the upper right corner of the video number in My Channel, click to delete it.
