Below, I will share with you a tutorial on how to set up the automatic check-in function of DingTalk for your reference.
How to set up automatic check-in on DingTalk?
In [My Attendance] - [Settings], you can set up quick clock-in, clock-in reminder, face management, commonly used mobile phones for time and attendance, commuting assistant, and clock-in result confirmation.
1. Quick check-in
After enabling quick clock-in, when employees open DingTalk near the clock-in time and within the clock-in range, they can clock in automatically or an alarm reminder will appear.
For the quick check-in method, select the reminder alarm clock. A reminder icon will appear on the DingTalk homepage at the designated check-in time. Click the icon to quickly check in.
Don’t worry if you are busy at work and forget to check your phone. DingTalk will also remind you at the set start time on the computer.
For the quick check-in method, choose extremely fast check-in. At the specified check-in time and within the check-in range, open DingTalk to automatically check in.
2. Check-in reminder
DING reminder: When turned on, the system will send and ring DING notifications continuously.
Intelligent work assistant: After turning it on, you will receive clock-in reminders from the intelligent work assistant before and after get off work.
System alarm clock: After turning it on, you will receive alarm reminders on your mobile phone during working days.
