Today I finally got Baidu’s long-awaited update. According to the votes of webmasters, the number of included sites has increased and the rankings have been updated and adjusted. However, there have also been many cases where sites have been K-ed. However, the author's website was completely destroyed by Baidu. Unfortunately, I spent several months optimizing it.
I don’t know why, but I always take on some tasks with the keyword “logistics”. This keyword makes me avoid it. For example, one of the author's sites, with the keywords Foshan Logistics and Foshan Freight, has been optimized for more than a month. Baidu snapshots are updated every day, and updated articles are included every day, but it is still not ranked. I usually do a lot of external links, but until now I still have no ranking.
The website I was visited today also worked for Foshan Logistics Company and Foshan Freight Company. The optimization method I did at that time was to update articles every day and create high-quality external links. After fifteen days, it was on the homepage and it was always left alone. The ranking has been stable for a long time. Until the first two weeks, the ranking dropped to a dozen pages, and there were obvious signs of being demoted. But after Baidu updated it today, the site URL has nothing.
After this period of observation, the author came to the reason why the website was K-lighted.
1. A lot of duplicate content
Although I insisted on publishing news every day for a month, these news were all copied and released without any modification, and the news content was titled "Logistics and Freight Line from Foshan to XX", and the content also divided the regions according to the same content. Change it and publish it. The author believes that if a website contains a large amount of duplicate content, it will have a great negative impact on Baidu's impression of the website. After all, old people have always been optimistic about original articles, and seriously they do not tolerate a large amount of duplicate content on the same website. Anyone who has been in the forum knows that if you post repeatedly, it will be deleted and points may be deducted. This may be related to the author's point above.
2. Keyword density is too high, use more bold
The keyword density of this site is 10%, completely exceeding the generally accepted “2%~8%”. No matter whether it is at the top, middle or bottom of the website, you can see a lot of deliberately appearing keywords. These keywords are linked to the homepage and are bolded. Although if the optimization is to pile up some keywords, the optimization will not be effective enough, but everything has the nature of "everything must be reversed", so increasing the density of keywords and using bold keywords should be done in moderation.
3. More friendly links
The author has always paid more attention to external links when optimizing, especially friendly links, so I had already exchanged twenty or thirty friendly links before ranking. No wonder the ranking went up so quickly. I just didn’t expect to be fucked so quickly. After the website's weight ranking dropped in the past two weeks, many links exchanged with the website were withdrawn, which undoubtedly made the website worse. But I can't blame others. It's not easy for others to optimize their own websites, but I still feel a little disdainful to those authors who delete links without notifying them.
In fact, this website still has many shortcomings from all aspects. Friends who are interested can go in and take a look. The image alt that can be used, and the method of using external links to promote website ranking at that time also led to the subsequent demotion and hair plucking. Therefore, when we do website optimization, we must do it step by step in a down-to-earth manner, and do not use risky methods to make the website rank higher in a short time, so that the website ranking will be stable.
There will be no progress without communication. I hope webmasters will write more substantial experience articles for us novices to learn from. This article was first published at http://www.fszbwl.com/ . Please keep it for reprinting.
