This tutorial mainly introduces some basic knowledge often used in image processing. This effect is very similar to the effect of reverse negative wash. During the production process, everyone should think more about the use of layer blending modes and the related use of channels.

1. Open the original image and press Ctrl + J to copy a layer, press Ctrl + U to remove the color and then change the layer blending mode of this layer to Overlay.
2. Press Ctrl + E to merge the layers, then press Ctrl + J to copy a layer. Select the menu: Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur. The value is 4.5 and then change the layer blending mode to Soft Light and the opacity to 70%. The effect is As shown below
3. Press Ctrl + E to merge the layers (you can also directly stamp the layer: the meaning of stamp layer) and then return to the channel control panel and click on the red channel first, select the menu: Image > Apply Image Settings as shown below
4. Click the green channel and select the menu: Image > Apply Image Settings as shown below
5. Click the blue channel, select the menu: Image > Apply Image Settings as shown below, and then return to the layers panel to complete the final effect
