1. Convert the picture to be processed with light tone to "Lab Color" (Image > Mode > Lab Color).
2. Click the "Lightness" layer in the "Channels" panel, then Ctrl+a (select all) → Ctrl+c (copy).
3. In the "History" panel, click to return to the step before converting to "Lab Color".
4. Ctrl+V (Paste), paste the "Brightness" layer copied in the previous step as a new layer.
5. The most critical effect step is to adjust the "Opacity" of the newly pasted "Brightness" layer to 80%, then merge the layers and you're done! (Of course you can also continue to adjust based on this...). Final effect:
