1. Open the material picture.

2. Create a new layer and draw the selected area to fill in the effect as shown in the figure.

3. Create a lens vignette effect to darken the four corners of the picture.
4. Type some text.

5. Create a new file.

Make layered clouds several times until you are satisfied with the effect. If there are too many white clouds, use curves to adjust them.

7. Drag in the color remover, set the layer mode to Screen, pay attention to the layer order, and align it with the left side of the canvas.

8. Call up the animation panel from the window menu.

9. Click to create a new frame and set the time to 0.2 seconds.

10. Select the second frame and move the selected cloud layer to the left.

11. Add transition frames.

12. Store in WEB format.
