Production process:
1. Create a new file. Click the "Create New Layer" button in the Layers Panel, create a new layer 1 and fill it with black.
2. Click the "Pen Tool" in the toolbox, draw a path in the window, hold down the Ctrl key while clicking in a blank space, and then continue drawing the path. The image effect is as shown in Figure 01.
3. Create a new layer and rename it to Brush 1, click the Brush tool in the toolbox, and set the brush to "Point 5 pixels" in the property bar, with a main diameter of 3. Set the foreground color to white, click the Path panel, select the path you just drew, right-click, and select the "Stroke Path" command in the pop-up shortcut menu. The "Stroke Path" dialog box will pop up. The image effect is as shown in Figure 02. .
4. Cancel the selection of the drawing path, hide the background layer and layer 1, and then press the shortcut key Ctrl+I to invert the image of the brush 1 layer. The image effect is as shown in Figure 03.
5. Execute the "Edit" and "Define Brush Preset" commands in the menu bar to pop up the brush name dialog box and keep the default settings.
6. Click the "Create new path" button in the path panel. Click on Layer 1 in the Layers panel and draw the path again using the method above, as shown in Figure 04.
7. Create a new layer and rename it to Brush 2, switch to the Path panel, right-click the working path you just drew, select the "Stroke Path" command in the pop-up shortcut menu, and keep the default settings. Hide the layers except Brush 2, and then define it as a brush. The image effect is as shown in Figure 05.
8. Use the above method to draw the path and stroke the path, as shown in Figure 06, and then define it as a brush.
9. Open a background material picture, the effect is as shown in Figure 07.
10. Hide all brush layers, create layer 3, click the brush tool, and select the brush just defined. Use the defined brush to embellish the dandelion in a circular shape. Appropriately change the brush angle and adjust the brush size to achieve the effect, as shown in Figure 08.
11. Press the Ctrl+J keys to copy 4 copies of the layer, and then merge the copied layers. The effect is as shown in Figure 09. Copy the dandelion layer again and execute the "Edit", "Transform" and "Rotate" commands in the menu bar. The effect after rotation is as shown in Figure 10.
12. Duplicate the layer again as shown in Figure 12. Merge all the dandelion layers, click the Eraser Tool in the toolbox, and set the flow to 10% in the property bar. By continuously adjusting the flow size and gradually weakening it from the outside to the inside along the edge of the dandelion, the image effect is shown in Figure 13.
13. Create a new layer 4, click the Elliptical Marquee Tool in the toolbox, and draw an elliptical selection in the center of the dandelion, as shown in Figure 14.
14. Set the RGB of the foreground color to 83, 61, and 5, and press the Alt+Delete keys to fill. The effect is shown in Figure 15.
15. Select layer 4, execute the "Filter", "Blur" and "Gaussian Blur" commands in the menu bar, the Gaussian Blur dialog box will pop up, set the radius to 16 as shown, place layer 4 under the dandelion, the image effect As shown in Figure 17.
16. Create a new layer 5 and set the opacity of the layer to 60%. Click the brush tool, set the brush to Airbrush Soft Angle Circle 300%, and then embellish the stamens in the image. The image effect is as shown in Figure 18.
17. Create a new layer 6, click the pen tool in the toolbox, and draw the dandelion stem on the screen. The effect is as shown in Figure 19.
18. Convert the path to a selection, execute the "Select" "Feather" command in the menu bar, set the feather radius to 8, and then fill it with green. The image effect is as shown in Figure 20.
19. Create a new layer 7, select the brush tool in the toolbox, and embellish flying dandelions in the upper left corner of the screen. The final effect is as shown in Figure 21.
