Create cloud effect with Photoshop (1)

Effect:

1. Open the picture and observe. The picture is a little gray. Duplicate it, use the blending mode Overlay, and set the opacity to 75%.

2. Create two new layers above, press SHIFT+D, set the foreground color and background color to the default black and white, and use the "Cloud" filter on the two new layers respectively (the new two layers are to enhance the cloud effect );

3. Merge the two new layers, change the layer blending mode to "Screen", hold down the ALT key and click the Add Layer Mask button to add a black layer mask to the layer;
