1. Open the original image material, copy the background image, and then adjust ctrl+M or go to Image menu > Adjustment > Brightness and Contrast. The purpose is to make the green color of the entire picture appear brighter.
2. Let’s copy another layer and use ctrl+shift+U to remove the color. To remove the color, we use the artistic effect in the filter - dry brush.
3. First set the blending mode of this layer to Screen. If it is too bright, you can adjust the transparency. I've adjusted the transparency appropriately here.
4. In order to make the effect more realistic, duplicate the layer and set the blending mode to color, and adjust the lightness and darkness appropriately.
