Don’t make it too white when brightening. In the second step of skin resurfacing, the fastest way is to use an external filter. The third step is local retouching and detail processing. This step requires patience, especially when dealing with highlights, to show the crystal texture of the skin color.

1. Open the original image material, press Ctrl + J to copy the background layer, change the blending mode to "Screen", and the opacity to: 24%, the effect is as shown below.
2. Create an optional color adjustment layer and adjust red, yellow, and blue. The parameters and effects are as shown below.

4. This step is relatively complicated. Create a new layer and press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the layer. Use the lasso tool to circle the whites of the eyes and teeth. Press Ctrl + D to feather 5 pixels, and then press Ctrl + M to adjust the curve. , brighten the RGB color a little, and brighten the blue as well.
Use the lasso to select the lips and use curves to brighten the red color. The effect is as shown below.
Then use the dermabrasion filter to grind the skin, download a Portraiture plug-in filter, and set the parameters as shown below.
6. Create a hue/saturation adjustment layer and appropriately reduce the saturation of the entire image. The parameters and effects are as shown below.

8. Create a new layer, use a brush to select a pink color and apply it on the lips and face, which is the so-called lipstick and blush. Then change the layer blending mode to "Soft Light", and then appropriately reduce the layer opacity. The effect As shown below.
Create another Levels adjustment layer and darken it a little, but not too much. Then create a selectable color and adjust it for red.
Finally, use the burn tool to deepen the eyes, and use the dodge tool to lighten the bridge of the nose and the highlights on the face.
Finally touch up the details to complete the final effect.
