final effect

1. Open photoshop, press Ctrl + N to create a new file, set the size to 800 * 450 pixels, the resolution to 150 pixels, and other defaults.

2. Press the letter "D" to return the front background color to the default black and white, then execute: Filter > Render > Clouds, and then press Ctrl + F to adjust the effect you are satisfied with.

3. Execute: Filter > Render > Layered Clouds (Although the texture is made using the same method. But this time it is combined with the original image through the difference blending mode to create a more copied form. Press Ctrl + F keys continuously. The more repeated the operation, the closer and more irregular the effect will be).

4. Use the Lasso tool to select the unwanted cloud area and fill it with black.

5. Ctrl + D to cancel the selection, use a black brush to adjust the transparency appropriately, and paint the unnatural areas of the clouds. The effect is as shown on the right.

6. Create a new layer, select the gradient tool, and pull out a black and white linear gradient from top to bottom as shown below.

7. Change the blending mode of the gradient layer to "Soft Light". The lower half of the flame becomes brighter. Create a new layer and press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the layer.
