Photoshop quickly adds dreamy decorative elements to snowy images

This tutorial shows you how to quickly add some dreamy decorative elements to your pictures. The application of brushes is very important when processing . After setting the relevant brush parameters appropriately, the main dreamy elements can be brushed out with the brush.

1. Open the original image, copy the background layer, and execute: Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur. The value is 3. After confirmation, add a mask on the background copy layer.

2. Use the elliptical selection tool to circle the character, and then feather it (the purpose of this step is to create a hazy effect with a larger aperture).

3. The feathering value depends on the image size and pixels!

4. Select the mask on the background copy layer and fill it as shown below!

5. Create a new layer, select the brush tool, bring up the brush window, and set it as shown below:

6. Set the brush color to white, and randomly click on the snowflakes on the new layer (the size of the brush can be changed at will).

7. The above step is actually completed, but since the snow is reflective, you can also add the lens flare effect and the lens halo effect.
