1. First, we must cut out the image of the little girl. The character’s flying hair is an important element to express emotions and is absolutely indispensable. Before PS CS5, cutting out such hair was definitely a nightmare, and it was very expensive. The power of two tigers may not have satisfactory results. In CS5, everything is simple.

First, use the quick selection tool to roughly select the character. At this time, you can see that most of the hair has not been selected.

2. Open "Select - Adjust Edges" in the menu (shortcut Alt+Ctrl+R). At this time we find that in CS5, this control panel has "Refine Radius Tool" and "Erase Refinements Tool". We select Refine Radius Tool, the mouse turns into a brush and is applied to the hair area. At this time, you can find that the hair is accurately selected, which is very convenient.
