Function introduction
Official document issuance and reporting management:
When publishing and reporting files, enter the file number, title, type, issuing (reporting) unit, select the file text, etc., and then set the person, unit, and group to receive the file. At the same time, the content and attributes of previously published and reported files can be modified and republished.
Data distribution and reporting management:
When publishing a meeting notice, enter the meeting name, organizational unit, meeting time, and meeting materials. You can also set whether the notification requires feedback and sign-in, etc., and then set the people, units, and groups to receive the file. At the same time, previously issued notices can be modified and reissued.
Release and receipt of meeting notice:
After the meeting, meeting minutes or decisions are formed, and the meeting organizer can release the corresponding materials to the meeting participants or units. Publishers of meeting notices or meeting materials can check the receipt of notices or materials by participating units at any time.
Management of official document receipt status:
For correspondence from other units, unsigned files will be marked in the system. The file can be opened for signing, downloaded and printed. Monitor the documents issued by this unit at any time and monitor the status of documents received by the receiving unit, including units that have not signed for it, units that have signed for it, and the time of signing, etc.
User, group and permission management:
When the system is initialized, the administrator first registers the people and units who want to use the system and registers relevant information. The content of personnel registration generally includes user name, Chinese name, department to which they belong, and group to which they belong.
