The first step is to quickly select MM’s hair
First open the original image, then press the shortcut key Q to enter the quick mask editing mode
Use the Brush Tool, select a soft-edged brush of about 20 pixels, and paint on the areas of the photo that need to be toned.
After applying, press the Q key again to exit the quick mask mode. At this time, you will get a selection of other areas besides MM's hair. Then use the "Inverse Selection" command in the "Select" menu to select MM's hair. As shown below:
