Let’s take a look at the final effect:
1. Press the Ctrl+N key combination to create a new file, set the parameters in the pop-up dialog box as shown below, and click OK after setting.
2. Click the Create a new fill or adjustment layer button, select the "Gradient" command in the pop-up menu, and set the parameters in the pop-up dialog box as shown in Figure 2 below.
3. Open the "material 1" I provided and use the move tool to move it to the lower left corner of the current image to get "layer 1" and get the effect in Figure 3 below.
4. Press the Ctrl+J key combination to copy "Layer 1" to get the "Layer 1 Copy". Press the Ctrl+T key combination to bring up the free transformation control box. Right-click in the transformation control box and select from the pop-up menu. "Vertical Flip" command, drag the control handle to rotate 20 degrees clockwise, press Enter to confirm the transformation operation, and get the effect in Figure 4 below.
5. Drag "Copy of Layer 1" below "Layer 1", set its opacity to 30%, and get the effect shown in Figure 5 below.
6. Click the Add Layer Mask button to add a mask to the "Layer 1 Copy", set the foreground color to black, select the brush tool, set the appropriate brush size and opacity in its tool options bar, and select the appropriate brush size and opacity at the end of the character image. Apply on the bottom to create a reflection effect until you get the effect as shown in Figure 6.1, and the state in the mask is as shown in Figure 6.2.
7. Select "Gradient Fill 1" to open the "Material 2" I provided, use the move tool to move it to the position of the character, and get the effect as shown in Figure 7.2.
8. Open the "Material 3" I provided, use the move tool to move it to the position of the character, and get "Shape 1", as shown in Figure 8 below.
9. Follow the operation method in step 6, add a layer mask to "Shape 1" to create a fading emission straight line effect until you get the effect shown in Figure 9.1 below, and the state in the mask is shown in 9.2.
10. Create a new layer to get "Layer 3", select the brush tool, set the appropriate brush size and opacity in its options bar, and click around the character until you get the effect as shown in Figure 10.
Tip: When using the brush tool to draw colored points, you can appropriately set the color value of the foreground color according to the needs of the picture. It does not have to be limited to the same effect.
11. Follow the operation method in step 6 and add a mask to "Layer 3" to create a fading color dot effect until you get the effect shown in Figure 11.1 below. At this time, the state of the mask is as shown in Figure 11.2.
12. Next, use the custom shape tool to draw "heart-shaped" and "flying dove" shapes around the character until you get the effect shown in Figure 12 below. At this time, the "Layer" palette status is shown in Figure 12.2.
Tip: When drawing the "flying pigeon" and "heart-shaped" shapes, in addition to drawing the path first and then making it through "color filling", you can also draw the shape directly. You can choose one of them according to the situation. method.
13. Select "Gradient Fill 1", set the color value of the foreground color to #f4f00b, create a new layer to get "Layer 4", select the brush tool, press the F5 key to display the "Brush" palette, and set its parameters as shown in the figure As shown in 13.1 and 13.2. Drag the arc from right to left on the right side of the character until you get the effect shown in Figure 13.3.
14. Follow the method in the previous step to draw the color bar until the effect is shown in Figure 14.
