final effect
1. Create a new file with a background of 500 * 500 pixels and fill it with black. Create a new layer and use the Elliptical Marquee Tool to draw a perfect circle of appropriate size and fill it with white.
2. Create a new transparent file of 150 * 150 pixels, and then use the elliptical marquee tool to draw a small perfect circle with a diameter of about 20 pixels, and then fill it with white. After confirming, press Ctrl + D to cancel the selection, and then copy the copied circle. The gaps should be consistent. The approximate effect is as shown below, and then select a part to define the pattern.
3. Return to the large circle file, bring up the perfect circle selection, create a layer first, select the menu: Edit > Fill, select the pattern just defined, the effect is as shown below.
4. Make a copy of the big white circle, then bring up the layer selection that was filled with the pattern just now, return to the copy of the big white circle and press Delete, so that only the big white circle with holes is left.
5. Select the large white circle again, return to the large white circle copy layer and execute the menu: Filter > Distort > Spherization, and set the parameters as shown below.
6. Double-click the layer to bring up the layer style, add inner shadow and gradient overlay, and hide the big white circle and fill pattern layers first. The effect is as shown below.
