1. Create a new canvas with a width of 500 pixels. The fill is black.
Create a new layer and fill it with white.
Execute filter----render----lighting effect, roughly follow the following settings, the color can be decided by yourself~~~
2. Start making highlights.
Create a new layer (named highlight layer), use the circular selection tool, adjust the feathering to 20 pixels, and draw a circular selection in the middle.
Click the Gradient Tool and fill the gradient with the following colors (use a radial gradient).
Adjust the highlight layer blending mode to Screen (you can actually do it without adjusting it).
3. Duplicate the highlight layer. Hide the original highlights layer.
Use Ctrl+T to transform and compress the highlights a little bit narrower.
4. Perform two filter effects
The first one: Filter---Distortion--Wave, the settings are as follows:
Tip 1: If you find that the direction and shape of the waves don’t look good, try moving your highlight layer or compressing your highlights a little narrower.
Tip 2: Run the wave filter a few times to see the effect~~~~hoho~~~
Second: Filter-----Distortion---Rotation Distortion
5.Complete
Repeat steps three and four several times (you need to copy the hidden original highlight layer again) to create a few more lines. After making it, open the hidden original highlight layer. Adjust the position. get the final effect.
