Production process:
1. Open the original image and crop it to a suitable size
2. Select - Color Range (the eyedropper tool absorbs the color of the character's face, color tolerance: between 70-80), Ctrl+j to copy the layer
3. Go to Filter - Blur - Gaussian Blur (1-2) on the copied layer, then add a mask to erase the blurry parts of the character's face, and merge the layers.
4. Duplicate a layer, sharpen it (if you feel it has been sharpened, you can reduce the transparency or erase it with an eraser), and merge the layers.
5. Duplicate the layer, remove the color, blend mode and filter, and set the opacity to 20-30
Duplicate the original layer and set the blending mode to Soft Light and the opacity to 40-60.
Create a new layer, fill it with gray, set the mode to color, and set the opacity to 10-20
Copy the original layer, use Screen mode, and set the opacity to 20-30.
