1. First select a few seaside photos and combine them simply.

2. Next, let’s create the pattern. Here we create a new file with a size of 60x60 PX. Select a transparent background and use the pencil tool to draw 2 white edges on the dotted line as shown below.

3. Edit > Define Pattern, determine a pattern name, and then press OK to save.
4. Now go back to the picture you made before, create a new layer, and put its position at the top. Use the paint bucket tool, select the pattern, and select the pattern shape you saved previously to fill it.
5. The effect after filling is as follows (your previous pattern is repeatedly applied to the picture).

6. You can move your pattern fill layer so that it fits appropriately.
