Today we will create an artistic effect from an ordinary Beckham photo. You can add watercolor effects and outline the edges to retain details. Then, by adding texture to the picture, it will become a very charming pen and pastel portrait.

1. Open a photo, as shown in Figure 01.

2. Copy the background layer to the background copy layer. Select the background copy layer, execute the "Filter" → "Blur" → "Special Blur" command in the menu bar, set various parameters in the pop-up dialog box as shown in Figure 02, click OK, the effect is as shown in Figure 03 shown.

3. Execute the "Filter" → "Artistic Effect" → "Watercolor" command in the menu bar, set the parameters in the pop-up dialog box as shown in Figure 04, and the image effect is as shown in Figure 05.

6. Copy the background copy layer to the background copy 2 layer, set the layer blending mode of the background copy 2 layer to "Overlay", and the opacity to 50%. The image effect is as shown in Figure 09.
