First create a new canvas (File > New) with a size of 854x854 px and a resolution of 72. Use the Ellipse Tool (U) to draw the bottom layer of a Google Chrome browser icon (Translator: Don’t forget to select the shape layer mode)
Right click on this layer, select Blending Options, and select Gradient Overlay in Layer Style.
The gradient settings are as follows (color: #DED8D8--#7F7777, style: radial):
Use the Ellipse Tool to repeat the previous step, draw the same circle edge that coincides with the previous one (Translator: Or directly copy a layer and remove the layer style), and then use the Pen Tool (P) to cut out the shape we need inside it. (Translator: Select "Subtract from Shape Area" or hold down the Alt key), then use the Convert Point Tool to make adjustments
Set the layer style and select Bevel and Emboss (parameters are as follows)
Make a copy of this layer, use the Free Transform tool, choose to maintain the aspect ratio, shrink the layer evenly, and remove the layer style. Select the color #4E4A4A, and then place the copied layer below the original layer. This will be used as shadow effect layer
Create a new layer, use the Standard Brush Tool (B) to color the surface fan part of the icon, hold down the Alt key, and then left-click to create a clipping mask between the new layer and the shape layer (specific parameters are as follows)
Duplicate the layer with the Bevel and Emboss effect, use the Convert Point Tool to change its shape position, remove the layer style (Bevel and Emboss), and then place it between the shape layer and the shadow layer
