1. Open the original image material, create a hue/saturation adjustment layer, set the parameters as shown in Figure 1, check the coloring option, and then use a black brush to erase the character part on the mask. The effect is as shown in Figure 2.

2. Create a curve adjustment layer and adjust the red and blue colors. The parameter settings are as shown in Figures 3 and 4, and the effect is as shown in Figure 5.
