This tutorial introduces some tips for using filters. The production process is basically completed using filters and color correction tools. The filter effect is very powerful, and many beautiful effects can be achieved with it.

1. Create a new document with width and height of 800 pixels and 600 pixels respectively. Fill the image background with black, and set the foreground and background colors to black and white respectively. Select the menu "Filter > Render > Clouds", as shown in the figure.
2. Select the menu "Filter > Pixelate > Copperplate Engraving", and in the pop-up dialog box, select the type as short stroke.
3. Then perform the key step. Select the menu "Filter > Blur > Radial Blur". The parameter settings are as follows:
Perform this operation twice to get a distortion effect, as shown in the figure.
4. Select the menu "Filter>Distort>Rotate and Distort" and set the angle to 120 degrees. Rotate the image slightly.
