1. Create a new document of 650 * 350 pixels, fill the background with heseranh, enter your favorite text, and then click the style button in the lower left corner of the layers panel to select color overlay.
2. Select the blue tone: #5dc0ff, as shown below.
3. Select Outer Glow and set the parameters as shown below.
4. Select the bevel/relief effect and set the parameters as shown below.
5. Select the contour line and select the three-ring glossy contour line.
