This tutorial is very simple to make. Use some small color blocks to overlap to create a colorful effect. Color block graphics can be small dots, curves or other shapes. Try to make it as small and large as possible so it feels very natural.

1. Create a new wallpaper-sized file (for example: 1024 * 768 pixels), fill the background with white, then create a new layer and use the elliptical marquee tool to draw a perfect circle filled with blue: #2B9DE0, the effect is as shown in Figure 1.

2. Create a new layer, use the Elliptical Marquee Tool to draw a slightly smaller perfect circle selection, then select the Gradient Tool color setting as shown in Figure 2, and then pull out the radial gradient as shown in Figure 3. After drawing the gradient, you need to cancel the selection.

3. Create a new layer, select the menu: Edit > Stroke, the parameter settings are as shown in Figure 4, and the effect is as shown in Figure 5. Do not cancel the selection after stroking.

4. Create a new layer, fill it with color: #7CD0F2, as shown in Figure 6, then move the selection slightly to the right, as shown in Figure 7, press Delete to delete it, as shown in Figure 8, press Ctrl + D to cancel the selection, and add a layer mask with Add some transparency effects to the black and white gradient, as shown in Figure 9.
